My wife and I recently purchased a new travel trailer from Happy Camper. The customer service was above excellent. We were treated like real people and listened to our concerns. The entire purchasing process as well as the shopping were A++++. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone looking to purchase a new RV to give Happy Camper a serious consideration if you want to be treated like an honest customer. If you like being treated like a number or as $$$ signs in the salesman's back pocket you can go to the other dealers.

I want to tell you how impressed both Rich and I were with the way we were treated at Happy Camper RV. From our initial meeting with John, who did not tell us he was the owner, to the orientation with the other Jon, we felt very comfortable and trusted them both completely. Steve was helpful answering questions, and even gave us a bottle of Happy Camper wine. The we got to Melanie, WOW!! She was really fun but still very professional and we drove away feeling secure with the purchase we just made. When we got home I decided I needed some extra parts for the fridge and Make was accommodating. We firmly believe Happy Camper RV will take care of us and any problems we may have. Thanks to all of you for making this a really great experience.

I would like to take this opportunity to let everyone know what outstanding service was performed by Melanie Bray who went way beyond expectations and going beyond just the extra mile.
My wife and I purchased a very nice 5th wheel last year from Happy Camper RV Sales, brought unit home and put it in storage and all paperwork in my home office. Our house burned down including all documents just before Christmas. I called Melanie and explained what happened in order to obtain copies of all documents again in order to license the RV. She was so nice and sympathetic to our plight and without any delays Melanie expedited all documents immediately. Well, my state would not accept that paperwork, therefore, I had to contact Melanie again informing her of this situation and she explained to me the difficulty this may be because she would have to contact the previous owner, get a duplicate title from the state, and make several trips to the County and State as well. Instead of asking me to take care of this of which we are 400+ miles away, she took the initiative and performed all these task upon herself and was done in less than 2 weeks, delivered to my home overnight. Remember, Melanie did not have to do this at all because none of this was her fault.
All I can say to you Melanie is you have demonstrated that there are still some great and wonderful people in this world and how refreshing this experience has been. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH FOR BEING SO SWEET, KIND, AND HELPFUL DURING THIS STRESSFUL TIME THAT WE ARE GOING THROUGH. MAY GOD RICHLY BLESS YOU AND YOUR CONTINUED SUCCESS.
P.S. What an asset you are too Happy Camper RV. Also thanks to the great sales people as well and what a nice 5th wheel we have.
